- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had kidney pain for weeks. They scheduled me for cat scan but found no stones. They told me when I asked what to do about pain/ what now..." We'll call as soon as we get an answer...been waiting 3 hours. Last appointment, I sat and watched staff on phones play Angry Birds and not get the phone. The next day, I called about results, was put on hold, passed to EIGHT different ppl who only wanted my name, spelled, and date of birth. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I spend more time at Mercy Express Care than at thus office where mine and my children's doctor is at. You can't get an appointment and today I have been waiting 4 hrs. to get help to manage my daughter's pain from an illness!!
